Amari Cooper is an American professional football player who has represented the Oakland Raiders (2015–2018), the Dallas Cowboys (2018–2021), and the Cleveland Browns (2022–Present), as a wide receiver, in the NFL (National Football League). He was selected 4th overall in the 1st round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the Oakland Raiders. As of September 2022, he had been selected for the Pro Bowl (the annual ‘All-Star Game’ of the NFL) 4 times (2015, 2016, 2018, 2019).   • Amari, in his high school senior year, was invited to play in the ‘Under Armour All-America Game’ where he had a 75-yard touchdown grab and a 93-yard punt return for a score. Besides American football, he also starred in basketball and track events during his high school days.
  • In his freshman season with The University of Alabama, he led his team with 59 receptions for 1,000 yards and 11 touchdowns. The latter stat broke the university’s 62-year-old record. His receptions and receiving yards broke the university’s freshman records.
  • With The University of Alabama, he won the Bowl Championship Series National Championship Game in 2012. In his junior year (2014), he won the Fred Biletnikoff Award, an honor given annually to the most outstanding receiver in American college football by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation.
