LeeAnn was born in Bowdon, a little town in Georgia. She is an actress and writer, but her name is often associated with her husband Bert. Influenced by her husband, she likes to record comedy podcasts as well.

The future couple met when she was 30 years old. By that time she was developing herself as a writer and her acquaintance with Bert made her more proactive on the stage. As LeeAnn recalls, she didn’t think their relationship could work out into something bigger, but as it showed later, they were fully into each other. 

LeeAnn is the main spotlight of Bert’s family podcasts. He often jokes about their life and kids. She also has a separate podcast called Wife of the Party.
